Who We Are

What Data We Collect

When you download a free guide: first name, last name, social media platform, handle, follower tier, your stated challenge, and email address. When you subscribe to the newsletter: email address, and optionally first name. When you purchase a guide, your order is processed by Shopify, our payment provider. We do not directly collect or store your card details. When you book the Personal Brand Audit: your name, email, and any details you provide through the booking platform.

When you buy an IG Live Audit: your Instagram handle, your email address, and read only access to your own Instagram Insights, which you grant yourself through Instagram and can withdraw at any time. That access lets us read your reach, profile visits, link taps, follower numbers, follower countries, and your own posts and captions. It does not let us post, send messages, follow anyone, read your direct messages, or change anything on your account. We never see or hold your Instagram password.

Why We Collect It

To deliver the guide or service you've requested, to send you the newsletter if you've subscribed, to personalise content and offers based on what you've told us, to process payments for paid products, and to improve our understanding of who our audience is.

Who We Share It With

Klaviyo (email marketing platform), Shopify (payment, order processing, and hosting of your finished audit report at its private link), Composio (the service that holds the read only connection to your Instagram account and passes that data to us), and our booking platform, where relevant. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of it, object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time, including unsubscribing from the newsletter via the link in any email. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to fulfil a purchase, plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes.

For IG Live Audits specifically: we disconnect ourselves from your Instagram account as soon as your report is sent, and you can withdraw the permission yourself at any point before that in your Instagram settings. We keep the data already pulled so a re-send or a correction never needs you to reconnect. Composio, which holds that connection on our behalf, stores the authorisation credentials encrypted and may retain request and response logs under its own retention policy. If you want those removed too, email us and we will put the request to them on your behalf. Your finished report stays live at its private link so you can keep using it, and we will take it down whenever you ask.
