Fadé Ogunro turns influence into global deals, ownership and wealth. As founder and CEO of The Fade Agency, she builds brands, negotiates six-figure partnerships and manages a roster of Africa's most exciting female talent between London and Lagos.

She has closed six-figure partnerships with a range of global brands — including Estée Lauder, L'Oréal, Redken, Christian Louboutin, Nestlé, Spotify, Unilever, MTN, NBA Africa, Visit Rwanda, Paga, Bamboo and Hair Virginity.

Her path ran through Google's paid-search team and executive television production in Nigeria, before she founded BookingsAfrica.com — one of the platforms that shaped Africa's early creator marketplace.

Who We Are

This site is operated by Fadé Ogunro, trading as The Fade Agency, based in London, United Kingdom. For any privacy questions, contact hello@fadeogunro.com.

What Data We Collect

When you download a free guide: first name, last name, social media platform, handle, follower tier, your stated challenge, and email address. When you subscribe to the newsletter: email address, and optionally first name. When you purchase a guide, your order is processed by Shopify, our payment provider — we do not directly collect or store your card details. When you book the Personal Brand Audit: your name, email, and any details you provide through the booking platform.

Why We Collect It

To deliver the guide or service you've requested, to send you the newsletter if you've subscribed, to personalise content and offers based on what you've told us, to process payments for paid products, and to improve our understanding of who our audience is.

Who We Share It With

Klaviyo (email marketing platform), Shopify (payment and order processing), and our booking platform, where relevant. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion of it, object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy of it, and withdraw consent at any time — including unsubscribing from the newsletter via the link in any email. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fadeogunro.com.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to fulfil a purchase, plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes.

Payment & Delivery

Paid products are processed securely through Shopify. Digital products are delivered immediately via download link or email upon successful payment.

Digital Guides

Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where a genuine technical fault prevented access and we're unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, or the product was significantly not as described. If either applies, contact hello@fadeogunro.com within 14 days of purchase.

The Personal Brand Audit (1:1 Call)

Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled call receive a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though one reschedule is offered as a courtesy. No-shows are non-refundable.
